Our highly skilled and experienced consultants have successfully led the Award Programme in their own school or organisation. They are ready to pass on their knowledge to all staff, mentor your lead staff and coach your leadership teams and governing bodies through the change process.

Data from initial and exit surveys from the PRIDE in EDI Award Schools in 2020-21 showed a:

Best Practice Schools
Hosted by our Founder and CEO Dr Elly Barnes MBE, our panellists are all experienced educationalists who lead the
PRIDE in EDI Award in their own schools. They will give open and honest testimonials of quick wins and strategies for long term sustainable change.
Thanks to John Lyon's Charity, we have been able to ensure that schools in Hammersmith & Fulham, Brent, Westminster and Ealing are all LGBT+ friendly through staff training, PRIDE workshops for pupils and our PRIDE in Inclusion Award programme
Over 70 schools in Durham have achieved their PRIDE in Inclusion award to date, thanks to our long standing partnership with Durham County Council Children and Young People's Services. We have also been able to provide training for council staff.
