Kita is an experienced organisational development and sustainability consultant with a passion for supporting small charities to generate the income that they need to deliver impactful services. Her involvement in the charity began last summer when she provided some ad hoc support on a funding application. She immediately saw the potential of our work and how she could help us become more financially sustainable. She is now our business development manager and, having recently secured some long term funding for our work, is working with us to extend our services into new audiences.
